The All-Ripken Games, Powered by Under Armour, bring together athletes from across the country for a fun, competitive, and high-energy tournament experience. Focused on celebrating individual talent and player development, the All-Ripken Games provide a unique opportunity for players to compete alongside new teammates, elevate their game, and create lasting memories. Events take place at premier Ripken Baseball® locations—including Cooperstown All Star Village, Rocker B Ranch, Diamond Nation, and The Ripken Experience® in Aberdeen, Myrtle Beach, Pigeon Forge, and more—offering an unforgettable atmosphere built around teamwork, competition, and a true love for the game.

Participating in the All-Ripken Games also opens the door for players to be recognized for their on-field performance. Top performers from each event may receive an invitation to the All-Ripken Futures Games, held each winter in Panama City Beach, Florida. This exclusive event brings together standout players from across the country to be celebrated and compete on a national stage.

The All-Ripken Games in Myrtle Beach is open to players in the 8u-13u age groups. 

Will we combine age groups?  

The 8u and 9u age groups will play together. All other age groups will not be playing together; however, this may be subject to change. 

If we do combine age groups not listed above, we will notify those players prior to combining the age groups. 

Below is a tentative itinerary of what to expect for the weekend. A final schedule will be sent out closer to the event date.

Game Format:

Each game will be scheduled for 6 innings, with no new inning starting after the 1 hour and 45-minute mark. There will be a 7-run limit per inning, except for the final inning, which will be played without a run cap.

Run Rule:
15 after 4 innings, 8 after 5 innings

Why the Run Limit?

Player safety and health are our top priorities. The run limit is in place to help prevent pitcher overuse and reduce the risk of injury throughout the event.

How many games will be played?  

Every team will play a minimum of four games, including three pool play games and at least one bracket game. *This is subject to change. 

How is playing time determined?

Playing time is determined with player development as the top priority. Our goal is to provide all athletes with meaningful opportunities to contribute in a structured, competitive environment. Each player is guaranteed at least one full game at their primary position during the event. However, those innings may be spread across multiple games rather than taking place all in one.

How much can I expect my player to pitch?

Pitching innings will be distributed as evenly as possible among all eligible pitchers on the roster. Coaches do reserve the right to adjust pitching opportunities based on in-game performance, workload, and player safety.

How is the batting order created?

Coaches will use a rolling batting order to ensure that all players receive a fair and consistent number of at-bats throughout the event.

ADD-ON OPPORTUNITY:

Each All-Ripken location features a Player Card Combine evaluation that takes place before gameplay begins. Players participate in different skill evaluation stations to determine their ratings for their official All-Ripken Player Card while gaining valuable instruction.

The Player Card Combine is a great way to determine where your player stands in comparison to other players from around the country in your player’s age division. A scaled rating system based on the specific age division of the player is used to determine the scores.

All players cards (in a digital format) are released after all the summer events are completed. Once released, you will also have the opportunity to order a set of physical baseball cards of your Player Card for a family keepsake.

The Player Card Combine is an additional add-on opportunity that costs $125 per player.

Players will have the chance to showcase their power in the Home Run Derby Showcase, held under the lights in front of fans and teammates. The top performer in each age division will take home the coveted Home Run Derby Chain!

All-Ripken provides two custom Game Jerseys, Game Hat, Swag Bag and Bag Tag for each All-Ripken player.

What color pants and socks should I wear?  

We ask that all players bring white pants and red, white, or blue socks to match the uniforms and their fellow teammates. Additional merchandise will be available for purchase during registration.

Players can secure automatic selections by earning titles such as Player of the Game, MVP, or Tournament Champion during Ripken Baseball Tournaments. Additionally, our staff, actively scouting games at each event may nominate players based on standout performances. Coaches, players, and parents also have the option to submit a self-nomination for our team to review and assess eligibility for the All-Ripken Games.

NOMINATE A PLAYER TODAY!

Just fill out the NOMINATION FORM. Once submitted our staff will get back with you with any questions that we might have. If your player is selected, you will receive the official selection email allowing you to register for the event.

The Player Participation Fee is $550 total per player.

You also have the option to pay with installment plan: 30% of the full amount due and is non-transferable or refundable. This is the minimum due at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to the event.

Refund Policy: For the All-Ripken Games, once a registration fee is paid, no refunds will be issued via cash, check, or credit card. However, if the event is canceled due in whole or in part to reasons outside of All-Ripken’s control, such as inclement weather, field conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be provided. In such cases, registrants will be allowed to transfer their registration to a different All-Ripken event in 2025, subject to availability and registration deadlines. In no event will All-Ripken be liable for travel, lodging, or any other expenses incurred by the registrant or anyone else affiliated with the registrant in connection with a canceled or rescheduled event. All-Ripken will make every reasonable effort to complete the event despite challenges such as inclement weather.

This is your family vacation, so you choose where you want to stay – no requirements. At the All-Ripken Games, we have contracted hotels and vacation rentals to ensure teams have accommodations at the lowest possible rate.

When will the detailed schedule be released?  

The game, practice, and overview schedule for each event will be available two weeks prior to the event.

Can I request to play on the same team as another player?  

All event details will be posted here one week out from the event date.

We will not accept requests made by players to play with one another unless for a valid reason. For any questions, please contact a Ripken Baseball team member. 

How will teams be determined?  

Teams will be based on age group and the primary position chosen during registration.
